Aka Tsuki ,Down town, Packlands

A very run down yet elegant area of the city which is in worse condition than the rest. That is on the outside. Raods and paths flourish with lush plants and many small rodents lurk around making it a perfect spot to hunt.
In the largest house lives the Aka Tsuki Pack. They own the place but they don't run it. It is a free land where everyone has thier own say even though the Alpha's decision is final. They make any wolf feel at home.
